Pete's Story:
I have fallen on tough times myself through leaving the military after 14yrs, and I have dealt with on going issues throughout my personal life and I found the support I desperately needed to full-fill my true potential. This being said I battle PTSD and mental health on a daily basis, and I believe through my life experiences I have all the empathy to relate to anybody that should need any kind of help.
I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel, and no matter what situation or problems you face in life, it can all be resolved if you SPEAK out and we all come TOGETHER AS ONE. Me being here for that very reason, and I will do my very best to deliver and support in whatever way I can.
I design and run my own well being walks within our communities and have done so for the past couple of years, I believe that these walks are the best way for people to benefit from the outdoors and help build self confidence, whilst enjoying some laughs along the way. Physical and mental well being is the foundation of how we live our lives.
